Beneath are some of the questions are asked most frequently. Hopefully this will cover any questions you might have, but if you have additional questions please feel free to get in touch with us.

We’re more than happy to provide answers or help you in any way that we can.

What are the maximum and minimum order quantities?

We offer production of collections in the range of 50 pieces per style and 500 pieces per collection. We usually make an exception if the client is newly founded and has great growth potential.

In addition, we offer sample collections running from 3 pieces per style. Maximum orders that we can produce (production time 8-10 weeks) usually are around 5000 pcs per collection.

Can you create prototypes and samples?

Our pre-production process includes the creation of a prototype. This allows us to ensure that you are receiving exactly what you’re looking for prior to heading into bulk production. We will create a prototype, which you can receive either physically or as an image file. At this point, you are able to make any minor tweaks or amendments to the design to make sure you’re 100% happy with your garment. Once you’ve signed off, we begin bulk manufacturing.

How long does it take to produce a prototype or sample?

It’s not possible to give a blanket answer to this question, as your exact requirements and customization selections can impact the timeline. However, our general experience is that in most cases a prototype can be produced within around one to two weeks of your placing an order. We are very aware of the deadlines you may be facing and are open to discussing prototype timing (and all other timing requests) ahead of your placing an order.

Where does your manufacturing take place?

Our main manufacturing facilities are located in Poland, although we have subsidiary facilities (representative offices) in Sweden, the United States, and the United Kingdom. If you’d like any more specific information about where any of your garments would be produced, please reach out to us and we can provide you with those details.

What is the expected lead time for bulk manufacturing?

A general rule is that bulk manufacturing lead times will be in the range of about 4 to 6 weeks.

A couple of caveats apply: First of all, bulk manufacturing leads times are contingent on the complexity of the design and the workload, so each individual case is different. We will be able to provide you with an estimate early within pre-production.

Second, we’re well aware of the fact that clients have demanding schedules and commitments, and we’re always doing what we can to help our clients out in that regard. It’s entirely possible that we can produce garments within a shorter window than the 4 to 6 week period. Please reach out to us if your situation requires a faster turnaround.

Do you offer economies of scale on orders?

Yes, we do. When it comes to bulk manufacture, we’re able to offer economies of scale depending on the size of your order. If you’d like to know exactly how the unit price is affected by various quantities, please reach out to us and we can provide you with a price quote.

What courier services do you use to deliver orders?

We primarily use DHL and DPD, as our manufacturing facilities are located near their service centers. The cost of sending a box up to 31,5 kg is appr. 25 €. However, we’re open to working with whatever couriers or delivery methods you prefer. DPD Standard parcels reach every European Union country within two to three working days. For larger bulk productions and deliveries we are able to offer a dedicated van for the door to door delivery. Exports outside of the European Union either is made by sea freight or air delivery (UPS Express).

Should I be aware of any import duties?

Import duties will vary depending on where you are located. We are entirely located within the European Union, so if you are as well then there are no import tariffs. If you’re not, it’s possible that import duties might come into play. We will be able to inform you of the exact situation if you let us know your location.
